Payment
kStyle LLC. gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Credit and Debit are both accepted but all transactions will be authorized as Credit. If a credit card is declined we will attempt to notify the customer within 24 hours and reattempt to charge the credit card 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. If the credit card is declined again, kStyle will put a hold on the order and recharge on the 7th day after the 2nd attempt. For best service, please verify that you have typed in your credit card information correctly.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Most shipping carriers have an immediate liability of $100.00 USD. kStyle LLC. is not responsible or liable for any damage and/or lost shipment. Contact the shipping carrier that the tracking number is assigned to for any complaints, questions, or liability issues. kStyle will supply you with a tracking number once the item ships. All tracking questions should be forwarded to the appropriate shipping carrier. If you have a non-tracking question, please e-mail support@kstylecompany.com
. Items that are in stock will usually ship within 1-3 days.

Special Order Shipping

Sales Tax

kStyle is required to charge a 6% sales tax rate on all orders that will be shipped within the state of Kentucky. Please visit http://revenue.ky.gov/business/salesanduse.htm for more information.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made only within 7 days of the date that it was received (according to the tracking website). To initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail Support@kStyleCompany.com or call us. NEVER SEND BACK ANYTHING WITHOUT CONTACT US. Items received without an RMA to kStyle will not be refunded. The refund/exchange value will be the amount of the item(s) minus shipping, service fees, and on some cases a 10% restocking fee. Customizable, cosmetics, and consumables (under state law) cannot be returned. If you receive a customized item with an error that is on kStyle or the manufacturers part, we will create an ExpressExchange to get it replaced.

Store Promotions
kStyle LLC. reserves the right to discontinue any promotion without notice. Every promotion has an expiration date that may or may not be visible. Please refer to the home page for basic Terms & Conditions including how many orders it is valid for and the restrictions of the promotion. The promotion must be entered when placing the order and cannot be entered after an order is placed.
